The SIGMA CONTROL 2 control systemcoordinates compressed air production and consumption. Intelligent control helps prevent inefficient energy consumption, particularly under partial load. KAESER offers a variety of demand-based compressor control systems.

SIGMA CONTROL 2 meets thehighest standardsfor internal compressor control and is based on anindustrial PC. The control unit is connected to interchangeable input and output modules. This allows forflexible adaptationnot only to all available KAESER screw compressors, screw blowers, piston compressors, and rotary lobe blower systems, but also to external communication systems.

The industrial PC used stores the last 200 operating events. This allows you and KAESER Service to easily identify and trace malfunctions. In addition, a built-in web server allows you to view operating data, maintenance notifications, and fault messages on your own PC.
Ready for international use:
SIGMA CONTROL 2 supports 30 languages. The clear menu structure simplifies operation.
Quick Updates:
Software updates and operating parameters can be quickly and easily installed or transferred via the SD card slot. This saves on service costs. In addition, the SD card can be used to back up important operating data.
