's Lifecycle Management

A Kaeser compressor is a purchase that will last a lifetime. We want to ensure that you’ll never regret your purchase. That’s why we put all our energy and passion into what we do—not only in the development of our machines but also in our consulting and service.

Reducing Energy Costs

The purchase price and maintenance costs of a compressor account for only a small portion of its total life-cycle costs. Energy costs make up the bulk of the total expenses.

For more than 40 years, we have been committed to reducing the energy costs of compressed air production. At the same time, we also take other factors into account. These include not only service and maintenance costs, but above all the constant availability of compressed air. When we advise a customer, listening to their needs is our top priority. We combine our expertise with the customer’s needs to create the best compressed air station. Our products qualify for the EIA (Energy Investment Allowance), which provides a return on investment of approximately 11%.

What makes KAESER a unique supplier?

First and foremost, because of our specialized knowledge in the field of compressed air. This enables us to provide you with insights and advice regarding your compressed air needs. But that’s not the only thing that makes KAESER special. With its many innovations in energy efficiency and the quality of its screw compressors, KAESER has risen to the number one position in terms of total cost of ownership (TCO). It’s no coincidence that our slogan has been “more compressed air with less energy” for over 40 years. KAESER was the first company in the world to introduce the SIGMA profile for the screw block. This made the compressor up to 15% more efficient compared to compressors equipped with traditional profiles. Furthermore, KAESER’s compressor blocks with the Sigma Profile offer an exceptionally long service life. Two birds with one stone!

KAESER's products are still manufactured in-house at its state-of-the-art production facility in Bavaria, Germany. In other words, they're Made in Germany.
