Compressed air stations with integrated refrigerated dryer and compressed air receiver
The SXC series compressed air stations (*) were designed by KAESER for professional contractors. In a space of just 0.62 m², they combine all the components needed for compressed air supply under a robust polyethylene enclosure: a screw compressor with SIGMA PROFILE, a refrigeration dryer, and a compressed air receiver tank.
We offer SXC series compressed air stations with the following capacities:
- Pressure: 8, 11, or 15 bar
- Capacity range: 0.26 – 0.80 m³/min
Your Benefits
Easy to maintain
Each system is designed so that all service- and maintenance-related components are directly accessible from the front. This saves time and increases availability.
Integrated Management for Greater Efficiency
With the SIGMA CONTROL 2 internal control system, a compressor’s power output can be precisely adjusted to match compressed air consumption. This system optimizes and coordinates the interaction between compressed air production and consumption.
Great flexibility in a small space
With two compressors in a single housing, the HSD series saves space compared to using a single compressor unit with the same capacity. In addition, the system can be optimally adapted to different consumption scenarios. This minimizes idle times and increases profitability.
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the KAESER screw compressor
The investment and maintenance costs of a compressor represent only a small portion of its total life-cycle costs. Energy costs account for the lion’s share of total expenses over the compressor’s service life. With KAESER screw compressors, you’ll achieve a significant reduction in your energy costs. Our heat recovery systems also enable additional savings. The chart below illustrates the potential savings on your energy costs.
