Innovative leaders in compact design for greater efficiency and reliability
The special flow concept for consistent, efficient drying is a key feature of the KAESER membrane module (KMM), as is the new, highly concentrated helical winding with highly effective hollow-fiber membranes.
With KMM dryers, sub-zero pressure dew points are no problem—even in the tightest of spaces! What’s more, they offer significant advantages when no power source is available or when the dryer is located at the final point of use in environments exposed to freezing temperatures.
- Flow rate from 0.04 to 3.97 m³/min
- Pressure dew point from +10 °C to −40 °C (a relative decrease of up to 90 °C compared to the initial condition)
- Optional models with an energy-saving flush air shut-off valve
Your Benefits
Superior membrane construction
Exceptionally high reliability
- All components of the KMM dryers are housed in a sturdy enclosure. Upstream Kaeser microfilters reliably protect the membrane module against harmful contamination from dirt, aerosols, and oil.
Exceptionally efficient
- Air losses are kept to a minimum thanks to the purge air nozzle with a specific orifice. During downtime, the purge air shut-off valve (optional) significantly increases the dryer’s efficiency.
* This series of refrigeration dryers contains the fluorinated greenhouse gas R-513A.
The Perfect Complement: DHS Pressure Maintenance Systems
A steady, low-vibration airflow is vital for your treatment system—especially when restarting the compressor.
