KAESER FILTERS from 0.6 to 32.0 m³/min
Reliable, cost-effective, and clean compressed air
KAESER FILTERS are key components for treating compressed air to meet all purity classes in accordance withISO 8573-1. They do so with a very low pressure drop. Thanks to their service-friendly design, opening and closing the filter housing is simple and trouble-free, and filter elements can be replaced quickly and cleanly.
- Airflow: 0.60 to 32.0 m³/min
- Max. working pressure: 16 bar
- Max. operating temperature: 66 °C
Your Benefits
Purity in accordance with standards
Lower pressure loss, significant savings
- KAESER FILTERS feature generously sized housings and filter surfaces, innovative flow guidance, and high-performance filter media. This results in a pressure drop that is up to 50% lower than that of conventional filters. This pressure drop remains virtually constant throughout the filter element’s service life. The result? Lower costs andCO2 emissions, as well as reduced load on the upstream compressors.
Service-friendly design – reliable handling
- KAESER FILTERS feature a corrosion-resistant aluminum housing and durable filter elements. The practical bayonet lock ensures automatic positioning of the housing and element seals. This guarantees that a filter housing can only be sealed when a filter element is installed. A locking screw prevents accidental opening of the housing under pressure and serves to vent the housing.
The perfect addition: the AQUAMAT oil-water separator
Our tip: Treat condensate with AQUAMAT oil-water separators before discharging it into the sewer system. This ensures compliance with the law and is cost-effective.
