High-Pressure Filtration – From Prefilter to Activated Carbon Filter
The HP series high-pressure filters remove dust, oil aerosols and vapors, as well as odors, atoperating pressures up to 45 bar. In this way, they ensurecompressed air meets all purity classes in accordance with ISO 8573-1. They are the ideal complement to our Kaeser reciprocating compressors and booster stations, where they are used, for example, for blow-molding air in the production of PET bottles.

Sturdy stainless steel housing
- The filter housing, made of 1.4301 stainless steel, is exceptionally corrosion-resistant and therefore ensures extremely high particle purity.

- The coalescing filters in the high-pressure filter series are available with the ECO-DRAIN electronic condensate drain. For particle and activated carbon filters, we offer a manual drain with a ball valve.

- For operating pressures up to 45 bar, you can choose from five different filter types—ranging from pre-filters to activated-carbon filters. This enables demand-based filtration for all purity classes in accordance with ISO 8573-1—all with minimal pressure drop.
The perfect addition: the AQUAMAT oil-water separator
Our tip: Treat condensate with AQUAMAT oil-water separators before discharging it into the sewer system. This ensures compliance with the law and is cost-effective.
