KAESER FILTERS from 35.4 to 336.3 m³/min
Reliable purity for high flow rates
KAESER FILTERSare the key components for treating compressed air to meet allpurity classesin accordance with ISO 8573-1. The extremely low pressure drop is achieved thanks to efficient filter elements and filter housings with generous nominal widths. The steel housings, which are coated and painted on both sides, provide a clean filtration area and contribute to the long service life of the filter housing.
- Flow rate: 35.4 to 336.3 m³/min
- Max. working pressure: 16 bar
- Max. operating temperature: 60 °C
Your Benefits
Purity in accordance with standards
- KAESER FILTERS use modern, deeply pleated filter media to remove particles and aerosols. High-performance carbon fiber layers block oil vapors. The outstanding performance data for KAESER FILTERS were calculated in accordance with ISO 12500 and confirmed by the independent German Institut für Energie- und Umwelttechnik e. V. (IUTA).
Low pressure loss, high savings
-
KAESER FILTERS feature generously sized housings and filter surfaces, innovative flow guidance, and high-performance filter media. This results in a pressure drop that is up to 50% lower than that of conventional filters. This pressure drop remains virtually constant throughout the filter element’s service life. The result? Lower costs andCO2 emissions, as well as reduced load on the upstream compressors.
Service-friendly design, reliable operation:
- KAESER FILTERS feature a corrosion-resistant steel housing and durable filter elements. Threaded rods and positioning aids ensure quick replacement of the elements and a reliable seal. In addition, the KB and KE coalescing filters come standard with the ECO-DRAIN 31 F Vario condensate drain, which features electronic level control.
The perfect addition: the AQUAMAT oil-water separator
Our tip: Treat condensate with AQUAMAT oil-water separators before discharging it into the sewer system. This ensures compliance with the law and is cost-effective.
