Heat-regenerative adsorption dryers with capacities ranging from 17.6 to 194.2 m³/min
Space-saving solution for high flow rates
Thecompact heat-regenerating adsorption dryers of the DW seriesensure reliable drying down to apressure dew point of −40 °C. This is partly due to the exceptionally generous filling capacity for aluminum oxide as an effective desiccant. The desiccant is regenerated using externally heated blow air—and according to thehighly efficient counterflow principle. This enhances operational reliability and reduces operating costs.
- Pressure dew point down to −40 °C
- Flow rate from 17.6 to 194.2 m³/min
- Optional with ECO CONTROL DW dew point control
Your Benefits
Exceptionally energy-efficient:
- The DW series adsorption dryers utilize the efficient countercurrent regeneration process. In addition, they are equipped with very high-quality thermal insulation.
Counterflow process with a buffer for operational reliability
- DW dryers use activated aluminum oxide as a desiccant. It is water-repellent and exceptionally mechanically stable. Thanks to its generous filling capacity, it retains its emergency operation capabilities even under extreme conditions.
Affordable Shipping
-
- Compared to competitors, DW dryers are characterized by a significantly lower overall height. As a result, all DW models can be transported using a trailer combination.
* This series of refrigeration dryers contains the fluorinated greenhouse gas R-513A.

The perfect addition: the AQUAMAT oil-water separator
Our tip: Treat condensate with AQUAMAT oil-water separators before discharging it into the sewer system. This ensures compliance with the law and is cost-effective.
