DHS 4.0 Series Pressure-Maintaining Systems, electronically controlled. Models with a final discharge valve
Pressure-retention systems – small helpers with a big impact
The electronic pressure-maintaining systems in the DHS 4.0 series, developed by KAESER, not only protect your treatment components but also reliably ensure the quality of your compressed air. Even a complete shutdown of your compressed air supply is no longer a problem.
As pressure drops, the flow velocity in the line increases significantly. This can cause air to bypass all components in the compressed air station. A KAESER pressure-maintaining system from the DHS 4.0 series ensures the required minimum pressure and guarantees reliable operation, especially when restarting the system after a shutdown.
Thanks to a patented pulse-width modulation control system, every pressure-maintaining system is optimally equipped to handle extreme pneumatic conditions and—in typical Kaeser fashion—combines maximum reliability with ease of operation.
- Connections ranging from G ½ to G 3 and from DN 40 to DN 400
- for systems with one or more pretreatment lines
- Seamless integration through numerous interfaces and configuration options
Your Benefits
Two operating modes
- Guaranteed compressed air supply or guaranteed compressed air quality. Fully customizable to meet your requirements.
Brilliantly simple operating concept
-
- Easily configurable in 25 languages, operating status is immediately recognized, and manual operation is available in case of an emergency—all of which saves time and increases safety.
Connection to the SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0
-
- For operating pressures up to 45 bar, you can choose from five different filter types—ranging from pre-filters to activated-carbon filters. This enables demand-based filtration for all purity classes in accordance with ISO 8573-1—all with minimal pressure drop.
