Management and Monitoring for Greater Efficiency
SIGMA CONTROL 2 ensures efficient control and monitoring of the blowers. Numerous interface options enable fast communication. Required or actual values of process variables or other messages can thus be easily linked and displayed. All common communication technologies are supported. If the remote control fails, SIGMA CONTROL 2 takes over via automatic or manual mode and keeps the process running.

To ensure that the projected savings are realized, Kaeser specifies the effective total power consumption as well as the usable capacity in accordance with ISO 1217, Annexes C and E, respectively, with the applicable tight tolerances.

START CONTROL (STC)
The plug-and-play version with an integrated star-delta starter and constant-speed operation features high-quality safety technology, overcurrent protection, and rotating-field monitoring. SIGMA CONTROL 2 and a safe emergency stop system round out the system. Simply connect it to the power grid and get started right away.
SIGMA FREQUENCY CONTROL (SFC)
The SFC frequency converter allows the capacity to be variably adjusted to match the process's demand as the blower speed changes. Everything is programmed and configured at the factory so that the complete, ready-to-connect machine can be put into service immediately.
EMC-certified installation
Of course, the SFC control cabinet and SIGMA CONTROL 2, as individual components, as well as the complete compressor system, have been tested and certified in accordance with the EMC guidelines for industrial power grids as specified in EN 55011.
