Powerful, robust, and flexible—KAESER’s MOBILAIR construction compressors with power generators are true all-rounders. Thanks to the various equipment options, these mobile compressors can be configured precisely for any application.
Multifunctional and professional: Different maximum pressure ratings, optional synchronous generators, and/or compressed air treatment components ensure that the systems are perfectly tailored to their tasks.
These powerful, versatile units are also transported professionally. For this reason, the mobile construction compressors come standard with lifting eyes. And for stationary use, skids or support feet are available, ensuring that the units fit perfectly at any application site.

The M59, equipped with an eco-friendly Hatz engine, is a true all-rounder. Thanks to its various options, this compact machine is a true all-rounder on the construction site. In addition, this mobile construction compressor is low-emission and eco-friendly. The engine is approved for use with HVO100, a fossil-free biofuel.
Environmentally friendly and low-emission
The models in the M59, M65, and M82 series are certified for clean air—not only in environmental zones—in accordance with EU Directive 2016/1628, Class V. With the standard-equipped diesel particulate filter, these powerful all-rounders comply with Switzerland’s strict regulations on air quality.
Maximum Compressed Air Availability
The MOBILAIR M59PE and M82 are optionally available with an 8.5 or 13 kVA generator. The SIGMA CONTROL SMART compressor control system—thanks to its seamless integration with the engine management system—ensures maximum compressed air availability relative to power consumption.

Perfect compressed air treatment integrated
De perslucht wordt gekoeld tot 7 °C boven de omgevingstemperatuur. De inbouw van de optionele persluchtkoeler verlicht het afvoeren van het condensaat, dat met behulp van de hete motoruitlaatgassen wordt verdampt. Het “bevriezen” van de koeler door blijvend condensaat wordt zo verhinderd. Het is mogelijk om bepaalde persluchtkwaliteiten te bereiken (bv. filtercombinatie voor betonsaneringen volgens ZTV-ING) door na de nakoeler en de cycloonafscheider bijkomende behandelingscomponenten te monteren.
Oil-lubricated or oil-free? – Depending on the application, the MOBILAIR can be equipped with either an oil mist lubricator for lubricating compressed-air tools or a microfilter combination for blasting operations using technically oil-free compressed air.
Droge lucht – In de platenwarmtewisselaar wordt de vooraf gekoelde perslucht weer opgewarmd met warme compressorkoelvloeistof. Dat voorkomt het uitvallen van condensaat bij het afkoelen van de perslucht buiten de installatie. Bovendien kan de persluchttemperatuur heel eenvoudig van buitenaf worden ingesteld voor de actuele toepassing.
Flexibility in terms of pressure and rated capacity
PV control using the MOBILAIR M59.
The maximum pressure (p) can be set between 6 and 14 bar in increments of 0.1 bar. Thanks to pV control, the pressure setting is directly applied to the maximum allowable capacity (V). This allows pressure and capacity to be adjusted even more precisely. These adjustment options are particularly useful when using long hoses. pV control is standard on the MOBILAIR M59 through M65MPE models.
M58utility for the construction of guardrails
De constructie is geoptimaliseerd voor plaatsbesparing op het laadvlak van de vrachtwagen zodat het bedieningselement, de tank, de oliepeilcontrole aan de kopse kant uitstekend toegankelijk zijn. Optioneel maken vast te schroeven machinevoeten, olienevelaars of persluchtnakoelers een exacte aanpassing aan de werkomgeving mogelijk.
Met het grote tankvolume van 105 l kan de compressor tot wel 10 uur lang continu gebruikt worden. De standaard skid is uitgerust met vorkliftpockets voor een goede geleiding van de vorken.
