Electric Compressors for Large Projects
The powerful, stationary MOBILAIR M250E and M255E construction compressors are designed for outdoor use. Thanks to their compact dimensions, they are also suitable for confined spaces. In addition, they can be easily transported by truck. Two e-power compressors fit side by side on a flatbed (transport eyes for securing the load are provided). Thanks to the large skid, the unit can be slid or pulled into place. The skid’s overhang also protects the vehicle body from damage.
Thanks to their robust design and star-delta start, these stationary electric construction compressors are suitable for harsh conditions and can operate at temperatures ranging from -10 °C to +40 °C. A cold-weather version with internal heating is available as an option, suitable for ambient temperatures as low as -25 °C.
The MOBILAIR M250E or M255E comes with a load break switch. You can also choose between a connection with a terminal box or the POWERLOCK plug. This quick-connect plug is ideal if the compressor needs to be plugged in at different locations frequently.
To enable Industry 4.0 connectivity, the MOBILAIR M250E or M255E is equipped with a modem. By connecting to the KAESER Plant Control Center or your owntelematics system, you can access information about the technical status of the system. In addition to the operating hours counter and location tracking via geoleashing, the system also assists with analyzing system load, maintenance planning, and remote diagnostics.

Intuitive operation
Six buttons are all it takes to operate the e-power compressors. The start/stop and pressure settings are intuitive to use. The color screen displays malfunctions and all operating statuses and counts down to the next maintenance interval. The control unit is protected against vandalism and unauthorized use by a lockable metal cover.
If the compressor is equipped with the optional DUAL control system, the desired start and stop pressures can be set using the SIGMA CONTROL SMART. The information is transmitted via an additional quick-connect link to the system pressure in the machine, where the control settings are then adjusted. The DUAL control system automatically includes the start-stop control, which can also be configured individually.
Built-in Compressed Air Treatment
Compressed Air Aftercooler
The standard compressed air aftercooler is mounted at an angle so that condensate drains out of the cooler after shutdown, preventing frost damage. The drained condensate is either collected in standard reservoirs during short-term use or, during longer-term use, discharged to the outside via a connection to an AQUAMAToil separator.
