Innovative Stabling Area Concept
Multiple COMPACT blowers can be arranged side by side to save space. All maintenance and adjustment tasks can be performed from the front or from above. All valves are mounted directly on the unit. Pipe connections and intake air openings are located in a uniform position at the rear.
Robuuste opbouw – geringe onderhoudskosten
Pressure up to 1,000 mbar (o), blower unit outlet temperatures up to 160 ℃, a wide control range during variable-speed operation, and a rotor balance quality of Q 2.5—just like that of rotor discs—for smoother operation, a longer service life, and low maintenance costs are the hallmarks of the OMEGA blower unit.
The exceptionally high balance quality of the Q 2.5, combined with the rotor—which is manufactured as a single piece with the shaft end—ensures low-vibration and smooth operation. Rotor tips with integrated sealing strips make the blower unit more resistant to dust particles and thermal stress.
