M82 Mobile Construction Compressor (capacity 5.5–8.4 m³/min; operating pressure 7–14 bar)
Diesel-powered compressors with a capacity of up to 26.5 m³/min
Compact, powerful, and versatile—with KAESER’sMOBILAIR diesel-powered construction compressors, performance isn’t just a promise. These powerhouses among oil-injected mobile compressors are both powerful and compact. Environmentally friendly engines that meet EU Emission Class V standards deliver the necessary power.
Construction compressors can be perfectly adapted to the task at hand. Thanks to numerous optional treatment components, they always deliver application-specific compressed air quality. The large tank capacity ensures that the compressor continues to perform. The tank capacity is sufficient for a full workday.
Thanks to the pV control system, diesel-powered compressors can be used very flexibly. The same unit can operate at pressures of 6 and 14 bar. This makes them ideal for cable blowing and drilling, sandblasting and concrete processing, or supplying air for open-pit mining and industrial applications.
Asset Information:
- Capacity up to 26.5 m³/min
- Working pressure up to 14 bar
Your Benefits
- Compressed air and power at the same time:
Thanks to the generator function, you don’t need separate systems to power your pneumatic and electric tools or lighting systems.
- pV setting:
The pV setting is very useful when blowing in cables: Start with plenty of air and low pressure to increase the cable’s speed. Then, for long distances, use higher pressure and less air.
Always Stay Up to Date with TELEMATICS
With theTELEMATICS 36initiative, Industry 4.0 is making its way onto construction sites. To this end, KAESER—in compliance with the GDPR—equips its mobile construction compressors with a modem as standard and free of charge, and connects them to the telematics portal.
The best part:KAESER covers the portal costs for 36 months. You can view usage data, current notifications, and the system’s location online. By providing machine data—which KAESER anonymizes—you help make MOBILAIR compressors even better.

Adjusting Pressure and Capacity

- Hammers
- Sandblasting
- Blowing in Cables
- Drilling
The maximum pressure (p) can be set between 6 and 14 bar in increments of 0.1 bar. Thanks to pV control, the pressure setting is directly applied to the maximum allowable capacity (V). This allows pressure and capacity to be adjusted even more precisely. These adjustment options are particularly useful when using long hoses.
The graph illustrates pV control using the MOBILAIR M59 as an example.
Simple and intuitive machine control

With the control concept for its mobile powerhouses, KAESER has focused entirely on user-friendliness. There is just one rotary switch to start and stop the compressor. This makes operation simple and intuitive. Setting the pressure via the touchscreen of the SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL 2 compressor control system is just as easy—even while wearing work gloves. This allows the pV control to be perfectly tailored to any application. The touchscreen provides a clear overview of all machine data. Using electronic motor management, the compressor control system optimizes compressed air availability, fuel efficiency, and exhaust emissions reduction. A sturdy metal cover protects the control panel from damage.
