Fits in the smallest space in the workshop
EUROCOMP-type workshop compressor units for existing pressure vessels (170–1,000 l/min; 10–15 bar)
The “EUROCOMP” series of stationary reciprocating compressorsareindustrial compressors designed forcontinuous operation in the workshop. To simplify installation, Kaeser offersflexible options for mounting the compressed air receiver. You can choose from the following configurations:
- with ahorizontalcompressed-air receiver: thestandard modelfor sufficient space
- with averticalcompressed-air receiver: the model thattakes up little space
- Flush-mounted and surface-mounted devicesfor existing compressed air systems
The compressor units have the following performance parameters:
- Pressure: 10/15 bar
- Volume flow: 112 – 1,050 L/min
Your Benefits
No worries if there's not enough space
The compressor with a vertical compressed-air receiver requires a maximum of 0.85 m² of floor space!
Extends the service life of your tools
The highly efficient cooling system in our stationary workshop compressors keeps the compressed air and oil temperatures low. This results in a longer service life for the compressor and the compressed-air tools connected to it.
The valves remain closed
For our stationary workshop compressors, we use stroke-limited valves with stainless steel valve seats. This improves heat dissipation and prevents the formation of oil carbon deposits. It also significantly extends the sealing capacity and service life of the valves.
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the KAESER screw compressor
The investment and maintenance costs of a compressor represent only a small portion of its total life-cycle costs. Energy costs account for the lion’s share of total expenses over the compressor’s service life. With KAESER screw compressors, you’ll achieve a significant reduction in your energy costs. Our heat recovery systems also enable additional savings. The chart below illustrates the potential savings on your energy costs.
