KAESER KC cyclone separatorsremove condensate from the compressed air outlet of the compressor. They are essential fortrouble-free and energy-efficient operationof downstream dryers and filters. KC cyclone separators come standard with the energy-efficient and exceptionally reliableECO-DRAIN 31condensate drain—which, of course, includes a test button and an alarm contact.

Thanks to their seawater-resistant aluminum housing with an additional passivation coating, our cyclone separators have an exceptionally long service life. A variety of compressed air connections are available for the housings, making them ideally suited for our screw compressors.

KAESER KC cyclone separators are maintenance-free. The ECO-DRAIN condensate drain comes with a maintenance kit to ensure exceptionally reliable maintenance.

Our tip: Treat condensate with AQUAMAT oil-water separators before discharging it into the sewer system. This ensures compliance with the law and is cost-effective.
